A wide variety of foods with plenty of options on how to get your macros. If you ever want us to write a new one or adjust it for you in the future, just let us know. It's all included in your monthly subscription. Pretty simple.
We will also recommend certain supplements/meal replacement shakes as part of your plan. These are not mandatory, but highly recommended because of how they will help you nutritionally reach your goals, have less food to prepare, and provide a quick meal. That cost usually averages $3-$5 per day, but again...not mandatory.
